The variety is "Kizakinona tane", a low elsin acid variety developed in Japan. The kizakinona tane from Takikawa is full of oleic acid. Of course, you don't have to worry about genetic recombination.


About Rapeseed salad oil

The oil extraction is squeezed only by pressure, and normal hexane is not used. Because it is purified by the hot water washing method, phosphoric acid, oxalate, and caustic soda are not used for purification. It is the first rapeseed salad oil using domestic rapeseed from JAS certified factory.

How to use

Because it is a salad oil with a light light flavor, it can be used for all kinds of dishes such as fried foods, stir-fries, and Pastery making that take advantage of the flavor of ingredients, as well as raw food such as dressing.

Please pay attention

  • If the oil is heated too much, it will smoke and ignite. When frying, be sure to put out the fire when you can get out of the place. When oil with water is heated or water enters the heated oil, the oil may jump and burn. Store in a cool and dark place to avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity.
