Self-sufficiency rate is only 0. Among the 04% rare domestic rapeseed, the rapeseed of Takikawa Rapeseed Production Association (Takikawa City, Hokkaido) is used only. The variety is a low ersic acid variety "Kizakinonatane" developed in Japan. Kizakinonatane from Takikawa has plenty of oleic acid. Of course, there is no need to worry about genetic recombining.


About Rapeseed salad oil

Oil is squeezed only by pressure, and no normal hexan is used. Since it is purified by the hot water washing method, phosphoric acid, shuric acid, and caustic soda are not used for purification. It is the first rapeseed salad oil using domestic rapeseed born from JAS certified factory.

How to use

Because it is a light and light flavored salad oil, it can be used not only for raw foods such as dressings, but also for all kinds of dishes such as fried foods, stir-fry, and pasta making that make use of the flavor of ingredients.

  • If the oil is heated too much, it will smoke and ignite. When frying, be sure to put out the fire when you can leave the place. If you heat the oil with water or water enter the heated oil, the oil may fly and burn. Store in a cool and dark place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
