"Muso Organic Flour (Light Flour) 500g" is a thin flour made from 100% high-quality North American thin wheat grown organically with consistent pesticide-free and chemical-free fertilizers from soil production.

Because it is soft, it is suitable for cake, postry making, etc.

It uses organic raw materials that are not post-harvested and milled at organic JAS certified factories in Japan.

How to use

For dough kneaded with water such as donuts and American dogs,
